Due Dilligence
Phase I
At PennJersey we conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in conformance with the American Society for Testing and Materials Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments (ASTM E1527-13). That is to say, we’re licensed and qualified to conduct your environmental due diligence for all real estate transactions. We know all the necessary standards and practices in place. We know how to determine the presence or absence of Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs). And with three LSRPs and Professional Geologists, we know how to do it while saving you money down the road.
Phase II
Once the Phase I has been expertly handled, we get set to go in for the Phase II. We get our hands dirty on your behalf. Based on the Phase I findings, we conduct tests that include, but are not limited to, collecting soil and groundwater samples, tank testing and drilling. The results of these tests are used to make professional recommendations on the best next steps to get you the right results. We don’t play games. At PennJersey, our LSRPs and Professional Geologists make honesty their priority. We tell you exactly what you need to get the results you want, all while staying compliant with New Jersey’s remedial regulations and Pennsylvania’s Act 2 Land Recycling Program.
