ALYSSA RELLA
Environmental Scientist
An established Environmental Scientist, Alyssa Rella joined PennJersey in the autumn of 2021. Her primary duties have included data preparation and solar site selection.
Rella is happiest out in the field and has extensive experience. She has been a volunteer biologist for the Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge for nearly a decade, working on a variety of wildlife and habitat management projects. Prior to that experience, she was on staff as both a Rehabilitation Technician and Educator at the Raptor Trust. At present, she continues to volunteer for the Raptor Trust.
A member of the Cranford Environmental Commission since 2014, her education includes a Bachelor of Arts, Environmental Studies, from the University of Vermont. Ms. Rella currently resides in Middlesex County, NJ with her husband and son. In her free time, she enjoys photography, gardening, kayaking, and going to the beach.
