Preliminary Assessments are yours and our first step in understanding your consulting needs. We evaluate your property for any potential areas of concern that may have impacted soil, groundwater, surface water or vapors, along with any corresponding liabilities that may arise.
Our job during the preliminary assessment process is to protect you from potential liability. Once we know the potential problems, we tell you exactly what needs to get done to remove any pain points down the road.
In New Jersey, PennJersey employs three Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs) with the ability to exercise their professional judgment within the regulatory framework set by the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). An LSRP also has the unique ability to issue final remediation documents. This means that we start with the preliminary assessment, and follow through as your partner to the very end of remediation.
